Para la ejecución de las obras de pavimentación de caminos incluidas en el proyecto será necesario también garantizar el drenaje de las vías a asfaltar, así como los servicios básicos.
Si bien los caminos tendrán firme de asfalto, se construirá un badén con hormigón en cruce con arrollo en el Camino Retamar y se realizará un pavimento adoquín sobre hormigón en la Calle Nicolás Salmerón.
El proyecto licitado que va a ejecutarse en Zurgena consiste en la pavimentación de una serie de tramos de los caminos de Aguas Arriba, Carasoles, Cucador (prolongación de la c/Montenegro), Cucador II, Palacés, Camino ramal de la Autovía (camino Limaria) u la rehabilitación de la Plaza Baleares en la localidad de La Alfoquía.
La intervención en los caminos consiste en pavimentación de 2682.31 m, con un ancho de plataforma de cuatro metros , mientras que la actuación urbana afectará a una superficie de 991,50 metros cuadrados.
En la Plaza Islas Baleares, también se rehabilitará la red eléctrica disponiendo de una canalización de telefonía, para poder retirar el cableado de las fachadas, instalando nuevos árboles y luminarias y aprovechando las existentes y realizando una nueva canalización de riego y alumbrado.
Se dotará de pavimento de terrazo granulado sobre losa de hormigón y se instalará nuevo mobiliario urbano.
Antonio Jesús Rodríguez ha destacado que, tras la aprobación de este trámite administrativo, el siguiente paso previo a la ejecución de las obras es la adjudicación de los trabajos. "De este modo se continúa renovando servicios básicos en estos municipios", ha explicado.
